Production capacity expansion at Cytotech Instruments

Due to the HUF 84 million fund of the European Union Cytotech Ltd. was able to purchase additional instruments for its self designed machine. With the help of these machines it is possible to further develop their diagnostic machine to meet the requirements of modern medical diagnostics.

Cytotech Ltd. produces medical devices. With the help of the fund of the European Union they are able to further develop their robot which is used in blood transfusion diagnostics. The purchase of the producing and production supporting instruments will hopefully help Cytotech achieve a better position in the national and international markets.

During the project within the Széchenyi 2020 program the company purchased 3 instruments which contribute to the completion of the automating process of the already existing robot.

The special polarimeter is inevitable for the optimization of the parameters of the laser optic unit of the ACT Robot and also for quality control. The injection molding forms produced by the 3D printer which were designed specifically for this purpose help to make an economical supply of the changeable or disposable parts of the robot. For this reason the serial production of the centrifuge reaction unit and the cuvette holding craddle is crucial. The 3rd instrument which was to be purchased is a testing device which enables the end testing of the ACT Robot in operational circumstances.
